PRAGWATER 
The transition is essentially complete. I have added a very nice source of rainfall data for western PR. You will find it under the menu under Miradero Rain Gauge Network. The data set includes 28 rain gauges located within a very small area (4 km x 4 km) and now includes 5 years worth of data.
A great source to find info on local climetical factors. A good work.
