I am a professor at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez Campus, Dept. of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. I teach courses in agricultural hydrology, agroclimatology and irrigation. My research interests include: measurement and modeling all components of the hydrologic cycle; remote sensing of water and energy balance in the tropics; and agroclimatology.
